Year of the Ox

Chef Eiko Takahashi will be cooking live from Bar Rix via Zoom, so the whole family can join the fun. Eiko lived nine years in Shanghai where she developed a passion for the Chinese culture and cuisine.

55€ per household includes a selection of three wines provided by Cologne-based Bar Rix. Participants will receive a shopping list and Eiko will provide support to assist you in finding any specialty ingredients. Recipes will be provided in advance of the class.

Eiko will contact you regarding arrangements for the wine procurement. Wine delivery can be arranged for an additional 7€. Alternatively, local participants can schedule a pick up.

Space is limited to 20 households. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with information to make your payment.
